NEW EVENT DETAILS
Some of our boxers are taking part in an event at Peacehaven on Saturday 16th September. Tickets are available directly from the Hillcrest Boxing Club and are available at a first come, first served basis. They are unable to take any payments over the telephone. Tickets are available from the 8th September in the evenings when their club is open.
Eastbourne Boxing Club are always proud to announce live shows that take place at various venues around Eastbourne. Previous event attendees will be fully aware of how our shows are going from strength to strength and how we have grown to become one of the most talked about boxing events on the South coast!
All events build on the successes of our last show, utilising spectacular lighting effects, staged ‘walk ins’, a roaring atmosphere and top quality Olympic style boxing.
WHAT TO EXPECT
All our shows offer ringside seating, wheel chair access and standing room for over 500 people. The club aims to match around 10-15 bouts for the event, however this is subject to change on the night depending on the boxers availability and weigh ins.
Hot food and beverages are usually available for purchase in-house making the evening more of a night out for all attending. The venues we use offer a night club sound system and DJ, which really boosts the atmosphere and provides the boxers and their supporters with personalised walk in music, building the excitement to their ring entry.
All our shows are overseen and regulated by officials from the national governing body, England Boxing and the venues are fully licensed to host live boxing shows.
Customers should be aware that they are purchasing tickets for the event not for one particular boxer. Bouts do fall out and Eastbourne Boxing Club can not accept responsibility for lost bouts. Therefore refunds will not be available once tickets have been purchased under any circumstances.
All University of Brighton students must show their student card with their ticket to gain entry.
Eastbourne Boxing Club have been delighted to work in partnership with Skateworld recently. The venue is perfectly suited for all our event requirements and has really helped us develop our shows into the spectacular events they are today.
The Venue has wheelchair access, smoking areas, toilets a bar and hot food for customer use. Eastbourne Boxing Club provided additional seating for the event and extra door staff for security.
