Juniors (5-9 yrs)


Saturdays 11am – 12pm.

Fun, fun, fun! Boxing based games set in an engaging, safe and entertaining environment.

Our coaches are here to teach non contact boxing in a fun manner.   Parents can have a break for an hour!

Our coaches are DBS (CRB) approved and strictly adhere to the England Boxing Child Safeguarding Policy.

£4, £3.50 members. (Membership – £10 annually). Check all our membership fees here.

Youth sessions are aimed to be fun, informative, technical and interactive. Youths from 10-15 years will learn the basics of boxing right up to competitive level and will be able to compete if the coach is satisfied they are confident and skilled enough to do so. Parental consent to compete must be gained first.

Please note – Brighton Uni Students must be invited by the head coach to train here – Must train at Brighton Uni BC first.

Other sessions may be scheduled for competing boxers as and when.

Our senior boxers are usually already experienced in basic boxing but beginners are welcome too. There will be sparring sessions most nights as well as a mixture of technical and physical exercises. There is something for every boxer at Eastbourne boxing club and our coaches are experienced in tailor making sessions to individuals capabilities.

Want a serious workout? Want to learn how to box in a safe and engaging environment with other women? Come and join in our women’s only class under the expert guidance of an England National Boxing Coach – Adrianne Phebey. Expect padwork, bag work, skipping and hard, hard work! £5.

Oh and your first session is free!

    Hi my son is four but very very grown and forward. Also very energetic im struggling to keep him entertaned as much as he needs school karate soft play etc just doesnt seem to be enough. He loves to box with his boxing gloves and bag at home. I was wondering if he would be ok to join your club? Please could you email me 🙂
