In order to spar you must first have a medical examination by a doctor. This can be arranged with your coach. The doctor normally charges £25 cash which you will need to bring with you. You will also need to give to the doctor a “recreational boxer medical record form” (click the link below to download and print it or get one from the club).

Included on the downloadable Word Document is the SC1 form that you will also need to complete and hand back to your coach with the medical record form. The coach will then send this to England Boxing.
